Gel oil to Milk Cleanser

This gel cleanser will turn to an oil on contact with the skin and only when in contact with water will it turn to a creamy milk. This formula has dry skin in mind as it gently removes dirt and grime, even stubborn waterproof mascara and leaves the skin feeling soft, looking smooth and glowing.
